С этим не согласны крупные потребители, считая, что долг перекладывается с энергокомпании на клиентов.

Банк России существенно переработал свой подход к оценке экономического положения банков, от которой зависит размер отчислений в фонд страхования вкладов и количество проверок. Вместо балльной системы предлагается перейти к прямому расчету влияния рисков на капитал, а также сократить количество блоков для оценки. ЦБ считает, что для 30% банков ставки отчислений в фонд снизятся и только для 5% повысятся.
